Conservative management of the chronical periodontal disease with oral vesiculobullous damage: Two cases report of vulgar pemphigus

ABSTRACT
Two clinical cases are reported of vulgar pemphigus throughout histopatology examination by locating in the mucogingival region of oral cavity on patients with chronical periodontal disease moderate to advanced.
Periodontal treatment to be developed in patients with oral vesiculobullous damage like the vulgar pemphigus, it can be considered as conservator, avoiding subsequent epitelial lose of mucous surface and later ulceration of the same to be achieved in oriented treatment to periodontopaties.
