ABSTRACT
Orbital pseudotumor is
an idiopathic process that
is defined as a tumor-like
inflammation consisting of a
pleomorphic cellular response
and fibrovascular tissue
reaction(5). Reported is a case
of a 51 years-old female patient
with a history of sub acute
visual loss that originally was
treat as Graves´orbitopathy;
however, the clinical evolution
and orbital biopsy confirmed a
case of orbital pseudotumor.
