Gastric adenocarcinoma. A case with 320 cutaneous nodular metastases as a first manifestation

ABSTRACT

Internal carcinoma can metastasizes to the skin, and can be the first sign of the disease or the first signal of recurrence. Metastases show several clinical features and skin biopsy is an accessible, fast and useful method for the diagnoses. Tumor markers are relevant to identify the primary cancer. We present a patient with numerous cutaneous metastases (320) as first evidence of a gastric adenocarcinoma.
