ABSTRACT
Arborizing telangiectasias are the typical dermoscopic feature of basal cell carcinoma and other adnexal neoplasms. We present two epidermoid cysts located on the face with a dermoscopic image corresponding to arborizing telangiectasia. Red-pink colour of the telangiectasia in epidermal cysts can help to differ from other tumours showing arborizing vessels.
