ABSTRACT
Multifocal epithelial hyperplasia is a rare disease that affects the oral mucosa, preferentially observed in children. Its pathogenesis is related to genetic factors, so it is seen in certain ethnic groups, to HPV genotype 13 and 32 as well as other socioeconomic factors. In Paraguay has been recently described by what is important to the communication of these two cases, in children brothers, natives of Ava Guarani ethnic group with typical lesions in the oral mucosa and virological striking finding: the HPV 6 and 25, the first and second rare yet not described in this disease.
