ABSTRACT
Cerebral vascular disease (CVD) is one of the principal disability and death causes around the world. Impact on the activities of the individual and his involvement with the environment. Stroke rehabilitation interventions are both in bed during the acute phase and after hospital discharge in a domiciliary rehabilitation program or in a day- care hospital. Several rehabilitation technics are used to reduce disability. Familiar intervention is very important for the evolution of stroke patients. Occupational Therapy role is very important to reach daily living activities.
