ABSTRACT
Gleno-humeral dislocation is a severely painful condition which produces great disability. Bilateral dislocation has been reported as the triple E syndrome because of epilepsy, electrocution and extreme trauma as the most frequent causes for its production. This is the case of a 45 male patient who underwent an assault while driving in an elevator and suffered bilateral anterior dislocation of shoulders.
