Hipotensión ortostática en adulta mayor de 82 años, con caídas

ABSTRACT
Orthostatic hypotension (OH) it is a common problem among in the elderly patients,
associated with a morbilidad and significant mortality. However it has been verified that
the control of the arterial pressure influences in its prevalencia and its diagnosis
doesn't usually settle down in the context of primary attention. Its association to the
falls is high. Being these the explosive for the suspicion of this problem a case of a 82
year-old feminine is presented whose entrance reason is the falls.
