ABSTRACT

Hepatic cysts encompass a spectrum of clinical etiologies
but most are benign, occur rarely, and are
usually asymptomatic. Symptomatic cysts may
present with abdominal pain, hemorrhage, obstructive
jaundice, or a consumptive coagulopathy.
