Aneurisma de la arteria pulmonar en un paciente con defecto septal ventricular

ABSTRACT

A 31-years-old man presented with progressive fatigue palpitations, clinical evidence of heart failure so was referred for Cardiology to be the bearer of ventricular septal defect from birth. During the evaluation of de patient’s we find saccular image is at the second left intercostal arch; echocardiography with pulmonary lesion of gradient 80 mmHg with severe failure, trunk diameter 70 mm pulmonary artery, in addition to finding prolapse of the anterior leaflet of the tricuspid insufficiency severe conditions. Pulmonary artery aneurysm was confirmed so is programmed to correction with successfully cardiopulmonary bypass.
