ABSTRACT
In this work a new staining method of Romanowsky type is presented, for the cellular samples obtained through aspirative puncture with needle and the organic liquids, consisting in a modification of the staining technique of May Grünwald-Giemsa, keeping in mind the scarcity of materials and necessary reagents for the preparation of the original procedure and of Diff-Quick® technique in the Pathology laboratories from Santiago de Cuba province. After proving with different dissolutions, by means of the assay and error method, a proportion was obtained which was appropriate for the proposed aims.REFERENCES
