ABSTRACT
Paget's disease of the mamma is not enough
frequent, representing only the 1 to 1.5 % of the
total of mammary cancers that are yielded, and
some authors consider it an especial form of breast
cancer, and others only an extension of a intraductal
carcinoma that reach the nipple. It has two clinical
forms of presentation: the eczematous and the
ulcerative. The case of a 67 year old female patient
with Paget's disease of the right mamma to clinical
ulcerative form. For being infrequent, it is
considered valuable for the doctors dedicated to the
attention of the diseases of mammas this case
report.
