ABSTRACT
In recent years, aesthetic surgery has increased enormously covering all parts of the human body. In those patients dissatisfied with their body aesthetics, specifically in the bicipital area may require the placement of an implant to replace the muscle development, with a prosthesis designed for this purpose. We designed an implant textured gel silicone, created especially for bicipital increase, for a 34 year-old patient wanting to have bicipital volume, without associated comorbidities and with a history of chest placement, without aesthetic concordance of the chest with the upper extremities. We placed the implant especially designed; the patient evolved without complications and we had an improvement in body aesthetics and correct position of the brachial implants. The technique is easy, simple, uncomplicated and with satisfactory aesthetic results, both for the patient and the doctor.REFERENCES
