ABSTRACT
Visceral carcinomas can metastasizes to the skin, and it can be the first sign of disease as well as the first manifestation of recurrence. Metastases show several clinical features and skin biopsy is an accessible, fast and useful method to diagnose. Tumor markers are important to identify the primary cancer. We present a patient with numerous cutaneous metastases (330) as the first evidence of a gastric adenocarcinoma.
