ABSTRACT
The malignant external otitis (MEO) is an infection of the external ear conduct that can spread to the bone, internal ear and adjacent soft tissues. MEO is a rare condition of pseudomonic etiology, that usually involves diabetic old aged people.
We present the case of a healthy young adult woman with damage to external conducts ears. On the dermatology literature consulted we have no found similar published cases, so we consider of special interest towards this pathology in the differntial diagnostic of external ear affections.
