Linear Porokeratosis

ABSTRACT

Linear porokeratosis (LP) is a infrequent variant of porokeratosis, which tipically appears in childhood. Clinically it presents lesions of linear distribution following Blaschko´s lines.
We present one case of LP in a 21-year-old woman localizated in left lower extremity.
Because of the lack of an effective therapy and the possibility of malignant degeneration of the cutaneous lesions, LP should be always included in the differential diagnosis of linear dermatosis in childhood.
