ABSTRACT
The paraneoplastics dermatosis are a group of skin lesions appearing concurrently with a malignant disease. Sometimes, its symptoms precede the
neoplasia, and its diagnosys helps to identify in advance of the malignant process. We present the case of a 67 years old male diagnosed with an
esophageal mucosecretor adenocarcinoma. During the course of the disease skin lesions appeared in the neck and the upper chest region with
the clinical appareance of a cutáneous metastasis. The histopathologic study concluded with no presence of neoplastic cells althoug evidence of
granuloma annulare was found. There exists a possible relationship between this dermophaty with malignant neoplasm.
