ABSTRACT
Breast carcinoma in men is a rare condition. About 1500 men in the United States develop breast carcinoma each year. We report two patients whose cutaneous lesions were the first manifestation of an underlying ductal carcinoma. Both were presenting two important risk factors already pointed out by other authors: Hodgkin’s disease previously treated with radiotherapy, the first case; and family history of breast cancer in the second one. The dermatological publications in this respect are very scanty. A best knowledge of its several clinical forms will be able to contribute to a diagnosis and precocious treatment.
