Clinic-histological presentation of the chondroid syringoma

ABSTRACT

Introduction: the Siringoma is a cutaneous tumor from sweat glands apocrine and/or eccrine, constituted by pleomorphy´s elements so much epithelial as mesenquimatosos. It presents a controversial histopathologically. Uncommon tumor that appears in facial skin and hairy leather, inside their histological classification the most average presentation.
Objective: to Describe the clinic-histological presentation of the syringoma.
Methodology: they are evaluated clinically and histologically two cases diagnosed with syringoma in our service in the last five years. Results: The cases were presented like nodular lesions, very defined in facial skin, asymptomatic, with epidermal, treated diagnostic impression of cyst inclusion all surgically.
Summations: their treatment is surgical by means of excise biopsy.
