ABSTRACT
The melanociticos nevus is the most frequent neoplasia in the human species. The
clinical atipicidad and dermatoscopic are a sign of alert to keep in mind in the
dermatology consultations. Three cases of the dermatoscopic consultation are
presented in the county of Matanzas. The dermatoscopic showed that most of the
nevus classified as of high risk for the clinic were of low risk for dermatoscopy, for
what is useful for the pediatric patient's pursuit diminishing the number of surgeries
and the danger that these they represent. It contributes to reinforce patron established
dermatoscopics or to facilitate new contributions.
