ABSTRACT
Clinical presentation of a rare case of a genodermatosis known as Mibelli's
Porokeratosis developing in a white male, 62 years of age, whose condition started
some 20 years ago including tipical and grossly asymptomatic lesions involving both
legs, buttocks and both hands, which are slow growing. The described lesions are also
present on the skin of several close relatives of the patient. This gentleman presented
himself at our Dermatology Service; we perform biopsy of the lesions and confirm our
diagnosis.
