ABSTRACT
Chylothorax is a collection of chyle in the pleural cavity resulting from
leakage from the lymphatic vessels, usually from the thoracic duct.
This paper reports the case of a patient presenting with spontaneous
chylothorax who was given parenteral nutrition, immunoglobulin and
antibiotic treatment; after three weeks of treatment relieve was achieved.
