ABSTRACT
The antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is an autoimmune blood disease
characterized by the combination of venous thrombosis and whose
presentation is very diverse, acute myocardial infarction is one of the
more unusual presentations, we present a case of acute myocardial
infarction and intracavitary thrombus as the presenting symptom of
antiphospholipid syndrome.
