Interventionist strategy in patients with acute heart attack. Area of Intensive Municipal therapy of Los Palacios

ABSTRACT

Introduction: The illnesses of the heart, among them, it stands out the acute heart attack, represent one of the main problems of health at this moment. Objective: Designing an interventionist strategy in patient carrier of acute heart attack, evaluating the results of their application in the area of intensive municipal therapy of Los Palacios in the period 2004- 2011. Method: investigation- action in services of health. Sample: First stage 69 second stage 13 patients of more than 15 years assisted by acute heart attack. They were used the measures of summaries for qualitative data and square Chi. Results: The mortality descended from 17.3% in the period to 7,6%, after the intervention; the thrombolysis increased from 62.3% to 92.3% and it was eliminated the time factor as a cause of not thrombolysis. Conclusions: The interventionist strategy was able to diminish the mortality and the time symptom-needle by means of the improvement of the reception and internal fluency increasing notably in turn the thrombolysis.
