ABSTRACT
Sézary cells (mycosis cell, Lutzner cell, cerebriform lymphocytes or monster cell) are atypical lymphocytes
with a cerebriform nucleus in both tissue and blood, seen in cutaneous T cell lymphomas including
mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome, but they are also present in other skin diseases. Nowadays, inmunophenotypical
analyses are trying to identificate different markers in these cells in the early diagnosis of
some cutaneous lymphomas.
