ABSTRACT
The perforating dermatitis is composed by two classical conditions: The elastosis perforans serpiginosa and
the acquired reactive perforating collagenosis (ARPC). In the last one, two origins have been described:
The hereditary or classical infantile form and the adult or acquired form that in most cases is associated
to different diseases, among them the most common are diabetes and chronic renal insufficiency. Up to now,
pregnancy has not been associated. We report two cases of ARPC which onset is during pregnancy, without any
laboratory abnormalities and with a good response to phototherapy.
