ABSTRACT
Introduction: Among the undescended testes, testicular ectopia is included. This is defined as an histologically normal testis wrongly guided by the
gubernaculum. The most common locations are: transverse, femoral, abdominal, perineal, inguinal, crossed testicular and penile.
Clinical Cases: We present three cases of testicular ectopia: penile, suprapubic and crossed testicular ectopia. All three cases had indirect inguinal
hernia, without presenting any other congenital anomaly. Inguinal approach was used with correction of indirect inguinal hernia with high ligation of the
hernia sac and fixation of medial contralateral testis to the scrotum.
