ABSTRACT
We report the case of the young female with recurrent presyncopal episodes, with initial electrocardiogram was normal, pattern of Brugada Type I hidden o intermittence, positive procainamide stress testing, and negative electrophysiological studies, and who had received an automatic cardioverter defibrillator implantable for the treatment.
