ABSTRACT

It is presented a 53 year- old -male -patient with a infiltrating and relapsing basal cell carcinoma, located in the nasal dorsum and the lateral left region; who received surgical treatment. For the reconstruction of the defect caused by the complete resection of the tumor, it was used the frontal flap, which is a safe and efficient flap that may be useful to provide excellent aesthetic and functional results. Each surgical stage is described with a satisfactory result.
