ABSTRACT
Syringomas are benign neoplasms of the eccrine tissue that differentiate
towards the acrosyringium. Afflicting mostly middleaged
females, the lesions are usually skin-colored or hyperpigmented,
flat and 1-5 mm in diameter, usually confined to the
preorbital area, neck and chest. In rare instances they can be
disseminated and involve acral regions such as palms and soles.
We describe the case of eruptive syringoma with acral involvement
in a 26 year-old female.
