ABSTRACT
AIDS-related trichomegaly is one of various conditions involving
components of the pilosebaceous unit. Often present in
advanced stages of the disease with low CD4 counts, this sign
points to a bad prognosis and a short life expectancy. This paper
describes one case fortuitously identified.
