ABSTRACT
The present investigation was performed through the diagnosis of educational softwares applied in the professionals training in superior education and the analysis of scientific articles and investigations of international and national origin. It verified the epistemological limitations that were expressed in the mediatic insufficiencies of the information technologies and the communications that limit the professionals’ formation in the universalization process of superior education. For the solution of the problem it was proposed as an objective, the elaboration of a model, from a holistic approach, for the design of the didactic content of the information technologies and the communications like didactic mediators of the professionals training process. The result was concreted in a model for the design of the didactic content, applying the holistic-dialectic method, and it was supported by the theoretical referents of the communication, electronic learning, psychopedagogics, didactics and the curricular design. The evaluation of the model was performed by means of the experts’ criterion and from the practice by means of the design of the didactic content for educational softwares and solutions with technological support of the information and the communications, what confirmed the scientific validity of the model.REFERENCES
