Morbility for bronchial asthma in patient bigger than 15 years in the service of Urgency

ABSTRACT
Introduction: In Cuba, the bronchial asthma is considered a problem of health where they influence the climatic conditions. Impacting in the severity of the crises: inhaled allergens, primary viral, and irritating breathing infections and inespecífic.
Objective: To evaluate the morbility for bronchial asthma in bigger than 15 years in the service of urgencies in the year 2013.
Method: He/she was carried out a traverse descriptive study. The study universe was 289 patients bigger than 15 years, the sample applying expert's approach belonged to 204 patients for 70.5%. The source of used primary gathering was the survey applied the patients, the variables were analyzed: age and sex, severity of the crisis, stage of appearance of the same ones, behavior assumed by the doctors in the urgency and used treatment.
Results: The group prevailed from 25 to 34 years with 24.5%, being the crisis of slight asthma the most frequent in the feminine sex, the treatment with Inhaled bronchodilators pre-vails with a 11, 2%, the childhood was the more affected with 35.4%, it is observed that 73.0% of the patients assisted in guard's body by bronchial asthma was given high to the home.
Conclusions: The severity of the illness had relationship with the age, the crisis of slight asthma was the predominant one. The high one went to the home the most frequent behavior with the patients assisted in the urgency and the treatment with inhaled bronchodilators it was the most used one.
