ABSTRACT

Plasma Cell Leukemia, is a rare and aggressive variant of multiple myeloma characterized by the presence in the blood circulation of plasma cells, it is classified as primary or secondary to a multiple myeloma, it represents from 2 to 4% of all cases of this disease. A female, 68 year old patient is presented with a history of low back pain, thrombocytopenia anemia, hepatosplenomegaly and 25% of plasma cells in the peripheral lamina concluding as a plasma cell leukemia.
