ABSTRACT
Cutaneous eosinophilic vasculitis is a rare, recently described
entity clinically characterized by itchy papules and/or erythematous
plaques, often concurrent with angioedema and eosinophilia.
Diagnosis is base on histopathological findings of necrotizing
vasculitis of small blood vessels and eosinophilic infiltrate.
This is the case report of a 36 year-old female with an unusual
clinical presentation and outstanding response to corticosteroid
therapy.
