ABSTRACT
The extraordinary scientific progress of the medicine in
the last decades should not decrease the human and traditional
sense of the physicians. The physical exploration
of the patient represents the milestone in the clinical diagnosis.
However today, CT and US supported by represent
unique help that allows the physician to get
more specific information and sensibility than a
common physical exploration. This is the case of
Murphy’s signal, McBurney’s point and Giordano’s
signal.
Today CT and US is widely used to evaluate this kind of clinical
problems.
