ABSTRACT
A nodular lesion in the finger has a broad spectrum of differential diagnoses as: sporotrichosis, micobacterial infection, tularemia, cutaneous tuberculosis, calcinosis cutis, myxoma, synovial cyst and also giant cell tumor of the tendon sheat. Is reported A 69-years-old male with a nodular lesion on the dorsal aspect of his left index finger. This lesion was diagnosed as a mycobacterial and fungal infection. The definitive diagnosis of gouty tophi was done, based on the histopathological findings.REFERENCES
