Educative hyper-environment for learning the subject Nets

ABSTRACT
IIntroduction: Public Health informatization plans have generated new challenges for the preparation of health professionals. The subject Nets constitutes a milestone for giving solution to this need.Objective: To make an educative software based on the basic aspects referred to computer nets to facilitate the teaching learning process in the subject Nets from the Career Health Information Systems at the filial of medical sciences from Bayamo, Granma.
Methods: There were used as information sources the program of the subject Nets, web sites with similar contents, up-to-dated articles on this topic, videos and images. Also there were used theoretical, empirical and statistical methods. We used the application of Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, images were edited using Adobe Photoshop Cs, and tutorials were made with Macromedia Captivate. Exercises were created using of Hot Potatoes.
Results: The hyper-environment has a principal screen from which you can access to the rest of the pages of the software, through different links previously established. There also offer supporting material for teaching.
Conclusions: Proposal is applicable because we count with technological and human resources to make it possible. Experts consulted concluded that the hyper-environment is appropriate, and its application can be effective. It can be used as an alternative to improve the quality of the teaching-learning process in the subject Nets.
