Effectiveness of the acupuncture for male infertility

ABSTRACT
It was made an experimental study and clinical controlled trial at Celia Sánchez Manduley hospital in Manzanillo in the period of January of the 2010 to December of the 2011, with the aim to determine the effectiveness of the acupuncture in the infertility. 200 patients came to the acupuncture department, from these patients it was selected a sample of 100 and they were distributed into a study group, it was applied the acupuncture method, obtaining significant results, and the 100% of the patients evolved in the result of the spermatogram; for the validation of the results there were made statistical tests like the hypothesis test for proportions and the calculation of the average population. It was concluded that the acupuncture technique is effective as it improves the quality of the couple obtaining the fertility.REFERENCES
