Reflexiones about the diabetic foot and the footwear

ABSTRACT
Podology for his great scientific technical development, offer a very important tool for the prevention of injuries in the foot, the study of the Footwear. The same he has become the present time in a latent and omnipresent risk factor for the patient diabetic, because this clothing his primary objective, protecting at the foot has lost. Present-day designs far from favoring the ergonomics of that important organ, only they cause him injuries and the deformities increase biomechanicses of so complex architectonic structure. When to join up all complications that diabetes brings along, does that the patient diabetic's foot convert itself in a time bomb, the fact that he goes for him mutilating and deteriorating little by little, when appearing to the injuries that in the long run he will limit it in many activities of quotidian life. He must do the confection of a footwear following the established standards and they will have to manufacture themselves according to the show that they are going to be for utilized, so that they are classified like at a bargain. To use them in another activity he favors the risk to contract injuries. Of late years the footwear has been responsible of innumerable injuries, that they ended up in partial amputations or totals, in order not to be used correctly or abusing in his use. With this work they offer recommendations about the factors of risks that can be avoided with the use of an adequate footwear, contributing thus in the solution of the problems of health podológicoses and to the population's improvement of the quality of life.REFERENCES
