ABSTRACT
During normal pregnancy are physiological changes, among them, are those that arise in the coagulation system and represent a therapeutic problem only when the mother has a heart condition or disease that requires the use of oral anticoagulants to prevent thromboembolic complications. Anticoagulant therapy is used during pregnancy for the mother’s benefit, but the product is the receiver by chance, therefore, it is essential to assess the risk of harm to the fetus from the use of anticoagulants, with the benefit to women in disease control. This is important to the guidance provided to the patient who is pregnant in the management of anticoagulant, since much of the treatment is the care that you have to get to the end of pregnancy with minimal complications. The purpose of this article is to show the importance of nursing care in pregnant women, as well as the basics of anticoagulant therapy during pregnancy.REFERENCES
