ABSTRACT
Vascular embolisms affecting one in six people worldwide and are a major cause of disability in productive people. This stroke is considered a brain infarction caused after vascular injury. The resultant cerebral ischemia may cause serious impact on the performance and environment-patient ratio of affected individuals. In some cases there is spontaneous recovery; however, is considered in a limited and sometimes delayed. Meanwhile, recovery mechanisms are not fully understood. Cell therapy is a promising treatment is considered as a means to promote central nervous system repair in interaction with the sites of injury, promoting regeneration and inhibiting the effects of the inflammatory process.
