ABSTRACT
We report the first case of aortic valve atresia with normal left ventricle was diagnosed at our institution. This
malformation is rare in this variety, is the reason of submission. Clinical manifestations of fatigue during feeding, tachypnea,
groan, pallor, cyanosis, precordial murmur, and hepatomegaly diminished distal pulses directed to suspected congenital
obstructive left heart disease. The study of echocardiography and CT angiography of the great arteries confirmed the
location of obstructive malformation. The patient died before being operated on.
