Cornual ectopic pregnancy

ABSTRACT

This paper reports the case of a 16-year old patient, wth menstrual delay of 9 weeks, with positive pregnancy test, who went to the hospital due to expulsion of organized material, as well as pain colic type in hypogastrium. It was carried out laparotomy, finding ectopic pregnancy in right horn, being carried out miometrial incision and trophoblast aspiration, with presence of multiple endometriosic focuses in later face of uterus. In later pregnancies, there are not studies about the solidity of the scar after the horn resection and uterine breaks have been described in the second and third trimester.
