ABSTRACT
Myxedematous coma is a serious complication from hyperthyroidism when wrongly diagnosed. The wrong diagnosis is very frequent due to the scarce clinical expression, what leads health staffs to think about another pathologies. This article describes the nursery assistance process when the management was applied to a patient suffering from Down’s syndrome and myxedematous coma.REFERENCES
