ABSTRACT
Papillomas are epithelial ductal proliferations growing a lush tree- pattern with fibrovascular central stalk covered
by epithelial and myoepithelial double layer. The mammary papillary lesions are rare and constitute less than 10%
of benign breast lesions and less than 1% of breast carcinomas. Bleeding through. El through bleeding nipple is
known in the literature as telorragia, the nipple discharge can be spontaneous or induced, or both, can bloody,
greenish serous or milky, the etiology may be variable among the most common include infections, trauma,
congenital abnormalities of the ductal system, hormonal changes (transition from maternal hormones),
hyperprolactinemia and hematopoiesis exramedular level of the mammary gland. The aim of this article is to
describe the case of a patient who developed papillary cancer, review the pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis, diagnostic
imaging and hemodynamic using galactography.
