ABSTRACT
The inter-institutional collaboration enable improved patient care by developing and promoting operational and institutional development processes to strengthen the institutional capacity to optimize, design, implement, re-dignify and elevate the quality of health services provided, in order to promote and enhance viable and comprehensive strategies to respond to the priorities of health, health care and public health of the population. Under the principles of ethics and respect for the dignity of persons, as well as give better operative care and guidance. They also promote the exchange and collection mechanisms and financial management processes that may promote joint investment schemes, with a greater impact on the development of projects and hence in obtaining efficient functional outcomes, more effective and thus strengthening the interconnectedness of health systems for the benefit of the population, especially be encouraged better access and quality of health services in preventive and curative medicine. However, the primary objective will always have to be the medicine based in ethics (MBEt by its acronyms in Spanish Medicina Basada en la Ética).REFERENCES
