ABSTRACT
Injuries to the cervical spine dislocation type have become frequent
in our country due to the increase in the accident rate of high energy,
are classified into two groups and bifacetarias unifacetarias in the unifacetarias
rarely have spinal injuries, however the present bifacetarias
SCI in 95 % of cases , which may be complete or incomplete , with its
anti-inflammatory use described, have been described are several ways
of treating these dislocations from the tractions up surgeries posterior
approaches which are usually recommended as sublaminar moorings
are triaxial type, or perform two circumferential type approaches to treat
anterior and posterior. But even that treatments have been described
with an anterior approach as monotherapy, no reported cases of house
PCB Hemost (Scient’X) plate dislocations.
The innovation of this treatment is that it was only necessary to an
anterior approach with placement of PCB type box, which gives us
enough stability to maintain reduced the affected area and avoid a
second surgical treatmen.
