Within the Cuban current educational practice the conditions of the teaching-learning process in the subject of Orthodontics in the Dental career needs the clinical diagnosis of dentomaxillofacial anomalies to be transformed to become systemic, systematic, flexible, personological and contextual. This transformation must be reversed in the organization, implementation and control of the conceptual, procedural and attitudinal contents, for the students to be able to identify and interpret, through the clinical method, the morphological, aesthetic and functional alteration of dentomaxillofacial structures.
