ABSTRACT
Flagellate dermatitis is a disease due to the use of bleomycin and its pathogenesis is not clearly understood. Generally, it is presents as a hyperpigmented
striated macules on the trunk. Treatment includes oral corticosteroids according to severity. We report a woman with a Hodgkin lymphoma who
developed lesions ten days after the first cycle of chemotherapy and responds satisfactorily to oral corticosteroids without discontinuation of the therapy
for their underlying disease.
